The Management of TASHIA, S.L. hereby defines its Quality Policy for the scope of:

“Distribution and Manufacturing of Dosing,
Disinfection and Water Treatment Equipment 
 
Within the determined activity framework, and considering the expectations of the interested parties concerned, it aims to achieve the following aspects:

    • Investing in the incorporation of new computer-based management tools
    • Growing the company within its sector
    • Applying the highest degree of ethics, integrity and professionalism when carrying out our activities
    • Establishing ourselves as a leading company through sustainable growth
    • Determining our products’ quality as a differentiating factor

    • Implementing the necessary actions to meet the requirements established by our clients, including legal and regulatory requirements

    • Maximizing client satisfaction
To meet these targets, Management deems it essential to have a complete organizational structure in accordance with standard UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015. The orientation of our strategic management is described in a policy based on risks and opportunities, allowing for all evaluable options to be managed.

Management has established a Quality Committee to represent this Quality Policy on an operational level, granting it responsibility and authority to identify and reveal any inherent obstacles to quality, to take the necessary actions to solve them, and to check the corresponding results.
