\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe requested project was for a complete system encompassing pre-treatment, water treatment, water softening for the cooling systems, and medication systems.

The initial construction involved two facilities, with plans to add three more in the medium term. In cases like this, the project analysis must be very detailed, not only to meet current requirements but also, and importantly, to anticipate future needs.\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tFollowing the necessary technical-commercial visits, we performed calculations with a view to a fully operational scenario in which all five facilities would be in use, requiring a daily water consumption of 45,000 liters for drinking water and 50,000 liters for cooling water.

While it\u2019s crucial to accurately calculate this maximum consumption, it\u2019s equally important to determine the minimum consumption to ensure that all systems function properly from the moment water demand begins.

Another key factor was the sizing of storage tanks, which are essential for effective disinfection while also allowing for daily water renewal.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

For water treatment, we opted for disinfection using Biopure due to its effectiveness and efficiency, utilizing our on-site chlorine dioxide generator with volumetric dosing for its adaptability to the project\u2019s specifications. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

For the cooling systems, we selected an automatic dual-column water softener, designed to meet the estimated maximum consumption considering the hardness of the water. <\/p>\n

For the medication, we created custom panels capable of delivering optimal performance from the beginning to the end of each poultry cycle.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
